Seventeen

Wow! What a busy summer this has been! 

Kayla's birthday found us busy moving into our new home.

We took out just a few minutes of our evening for a celebration. Her favorite dinner of Chinese, with icecream cake to follow. All eaten in our lovely backyard gazebo.

If they look a little frazzled, it might be because they were. 

I adore the card Kammy made for her big sister's special day. Grin.

I'm not sure how I will ever survive without this girl. She's almost as OCD as her mother, and most of the time I love that. Haha!

Beauty and brains, but so much more. She's sweet and genuine, honest and caring.
