Our sweet little miss. I love this stage. While some may say she is vain, I love that she is confident and assured. She'll be self conscious and struggle to fit in soon enough.
She is a quiet little gal, but very loving and sooo very compassionate. She worries about others feelings so much more than her own. Her daddy told her that he was a little sad about her not being 3 anymore, so she told him that if he was still sad, she would go back and be 3 again AFTER she was 4 and 5 for a while.
She's delicate and lady-like, prefers dresses--the fancier the better--LOVES ruffles!
She loves her little blue bed, her special blankets, a lamb named Grace, Mickey Mouse, unicorns and elephants.
She prefers orange juice to milk and loves ice-cream and marshmallows.
She adores her family and regularly thanks Jesus for them during prayer time.
She chose a Minnie Mouse Birthday theme.
I got her polka-dotted dress on sale at Gymboree and I made her mouse ears with a pink headband, some scraps of black felt and a bow.
I think she was/is adorable!
I made her cake using 2 rounds and a small oven-proof bowl. The mouse ears are oreos, covered in icing.
She chose Pepperoni Pizza and Minnie Mouse Yogurt for her special dinner. I used individual pan pizzas and miniature pizza rounds to make minnie pizzas!
She blew her candles out one at a time, thinking carefully and making a wish between each one.
She was very careful to sit on her "party chair" like a lady while opening her gifts.
I'm so blessed to be her mommy.
May the Lord bless her and keep her--ALWAYS!
