Memorial Day

 Our day was spent relaxing and catching up from a flurry of activity over the past several months. 

My sweet husband took me out for lunch since it happened to be my birthday as well, and then I followed that up with a rare afternoon nap.

In the evening, we enjoyed grilled steaks, plentiful delicious sides and fresh strawberry pie for dessert. Our backyard is a lovely little paradise in the summer evenings. We enjoy it and the gardens so very much! 

Senior Trip

We were so happy to have Kayla's Bork grandparents accompany us on her senior trip!

We had a lovely time on the Oregon coast!
