Redding, California

We recently spent some time in California. Rick was there on business and he kindly let us tag along.

We had a nice rental house and did lots of school work. 

We played by the nearby Sacramento River.

Much of the time, we cooked at the house, but we made sure to visit some of California favorites such as In and Out Burger.

Wilda's Grill is a local favorite and became a fast favorite of ours as well. Almost worth going back to Cali for!

We enjoyed the walking paths along the river under the beautiful Shasta Mountians. 

The city of Redding is small and beautiful! 

Sundial Bridge is a pedestrian bridge and is lovey day and night....but beware at night! The mosquitoes like it too!

There are simply no strawberries to be found that taste as good as fresh sun-ripened California strawberries!

So thankful for this man!
