I reprimanded her for interrupting earlier in the day....she started to again and remembered. I smiled and nodded my approval. She beamed! ~ She struggled with her Math this morning, and kept running off to play. I told her to get back on her chair and stay until the job was done. A tear trickled down her cheek. I took her hand and squeezed it as I led her back to her chair. She hummed a joyful tune! ~ He cried out in his sleep with pain. I picked him up and snuggled him, whispering words of comfort. He snuggled in and rested!
I think of Jesus....His nod of approval makes my heart smile, His guiding hand makes me sing, His comforting arms give me rest!

Beautiful post.
Very thought provoking. How often we blindly rush on, when His comforting Hands are reaching out to console us - it is so hard to remember to be as little children.
Lovely, you write very nicely. We serve a wonderful God! Hugs, Cindy
Beautiful! Oh how I love our God. He's been such a comfort to me this past week.
